What a fixed price covers.
Design, engineering, testing and launch are part of the price. Bigger design work is quoted separately if you need it.

Terms
How we price and pay.
Fixed price per stage
Each stage has a written scope, a price and acceptance criteria. Changes go into the next stage with their own price, so the current one never drifts.
Simple payment terms
Up to $10,000: 30% before the start, 40% at the midway review and 30% after acceptance. Larger projects are paid per milestone. Monthly services are paid in advance.
30-day warranty
We fix bugs in the delivered work for 30 days after acceptance at no cost.
Your code, your accounts
The repository, cloud accounts and third-party services belong to you from day one. Hosting, licences, AI models and paid APIs are billed to you directly.

Why do you publish prices?
Because “how much does it cost?” is the first question everyone asks. The ranges are our typical prices for each type of project; the fixed quote after a call is what you actually pay.
Is design included?
Yes, for the agreed scope: wireframes and interface design for the screens in each stage, built on a proven component library so the product stays quick to change. Brand identity, a full design system or in-depth user research are quoted separately if you need them.
What is not included in the price?
Running costs that belong to you: hosting, software licences, AI model usage and paid third-party APIs. We estimate them before the build so there are no surprises.
What if the scope changes during the project?
The current stage stays as agreed. New requirements go into the next stage with their own written scope and price, so you always know what you are paying for.
What counts as a bug and what counts as a change?
A bug is delivered work that does not meet the acceptance criteria agreed for the stage; we fix it free of charge for 30 days after acceptance. Anything new or different from those criteria is a change and goes into the next stage with its own price.
What if we want to stop mid-project?
You can stop after any stage, or end the agreement with written notice during one. You pay for the work done up to that point, and everything built so far, including the code, accounts and documentation, stays yours.
Do you offer discounts?
We would rather reduce the scope than the rate. A smaller first stage is usually the better way to fit a budget.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes, excluding VAT where it applies. Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice for each stage or month.
Is the scoping sprint refundable?
It is credited in full against the build if we build it. If you decide not to continue, you keep the plan and can build it with any team.
