A shared definition of the task
Who will use it, the problem it solves and the one workflow we will demonstrate.
A small, defined first stage gives you something useful to review before deciding on a full build.
For suitable projects, from an agreed start date after we discuss and scope your task.
Tell us about a specific problem, who will use the solution and the systems involved. We work with founders and businesses considering a paid implementation if the direction fits.
We confirm suitability, context and availability together. Submitting a brief does not automatically book a demo.
First conversation
We discuss the people, existing systems and result you have in mind.
A shared understanding of the problem.
Before the clock starts
We check the fit, define what the demo will cover and confirm a start date.
A written scope and an agreed start date.
By working day 2
We map the system, first version, integrations, assumptions and next stages.
A practical document that is yours to keep.
By working day 5
We walk through your core workflow using fictional data and review it together.
A private demo link, available for 30 days.
After the review
Continue with a separately priced development stage, revisit the idea, or stop here.
An informed decision, with no obligation to buy.
Who will use it, the problem it solves and the one workflow we will demonstrate.
A system diagram, first-version scope, integration assumptions, risks, delivery stages and questions still to resolve.
A core workflow you can try with sample data, followed by a review of what works and what should change.
If you want to continue, a separate proposal sets the scope, price and milestones for paid development.
Source-code transfer, a complete technical specification, security audits, live integrations, real payments, migration and production launch are outside the free stage.
If we continue, a separate proposal defines the scope, price, milestones and acceptance criteria. Ownership, infrastructure, handover and support are agreed before paid work.
Yes. For a suitable project, the agreed architecture plan, one demo workflow and review are free. There is no obligation to continue and no payment card is required. Paid work starts only after a separate proposal is agreed.
From the start date we agree after the first conversation and scope confirmation, once we have the necessary context. Sending the form does not automatically reserve a slot. We take on up to two free demos a month, with one in progress at a time.
A specific problem, an identifiable user and one workflow we can demonstrate with fictional data. We work with founders and established businesses considering a paid implementation if the demo fits. We confirm suitability together before starting.
The goal and users, a system diagram, first-version boundaries, integration assumptions, risks, delivery stages and open questions. It is a practical initial plan; a complete technical specification or security audit is a separate piece of work.
It demonstrates the agreed core workflow with sample data. Live integrations, real payments, data migration and a production launch belong to a separately scoped development stage. Seeing a demo work does not prove demand or production readiness.
The architecture document is yours to keep. The private demo link remains available for 30 days after delivery. Source-code transfer is not included in the free stage; ownership and handover for paid work are set out in the agreement.
A practical architecture plan in 2 working days. A demo of your core workflow in 5. Free, with no obligation to continue.
For suitable projects, from an agreed start date after we discuss and scope your task.
