Start with the job you need done.

Choose the closest starting point. We agree a useful first stage, its boundaries and its fixed price before building.

Build a product

You have an idea and need a first version people can use.

A web platform or MVP, from the first workflow to release. Client portals, SaaS products and customer-facing platforms. Try a product workflow

Connect your systems

Your tools don't share data, or someone keeps copying it between them.

An integration that handles changes, failures and retries. Booking, CRM, accounting and business-tool integrations. Try a booking integration

Improve what you have

Spreadsheets, manual checks or an unfinished app are slowing you down.

A useful next stage for the software and processes you already run. Custom CRMs, AI workflows, migrations and production-ready apps. Try automated document checks

Problem. What we built. Result.

What the problem was, what we built and what changed. We describe the work and leave out client names.

Problem
Hotels and holiday rental hosts buy guest passes. Passes had to appear from real bookings and stay correct when a stay changed.
What we built
A backend that turns each booking into guest passes, lets guests claim them in the member app and keeps them right when a stay changes.
Result
Bookings become guest passes without anyone re-typing data, and date changes and cancellations flow through as updates.
Problem
A freight brokerage ran loads, carriers, documents and money owed across branches with different permissions.
What we built
One platform for load management, accounting flows and external load intake, with roles, a dashboard and automated deployment.
Result
Dispatch, accounting and management work from the same records, with payables and receivables tied to load status.

From a picture to a priced, ready-to-make product

Problem
A founder wanted customers to turn any picture into a product that can be made and priced without a manual quote.
What we built
The first version end to end: an AI generation flow producing manufacturing-ready designs, pricing, accounts and prepaid credits.
Result
The product grew from this base into a full shop with a catalogue, orders and an admin area, now developed by the owner's team.

Before the build

A scope you can review.

The workflow, boundaries, assumptions, price and acceptance criteria are written down before paid work starts.

Readymade answers for delivery under your agreement. Your tech lead designs the solution, writes code and is your day-to-day contact.

You bring the problem.
We handle the rest.

With typical outsourcing you still run the project: write the spec, manage developers, chase status and pay for people who never touch the code. With Readymade you describe the problem once. You know who works on it before the build starts, see working progress every week and get a working result.

Questions we hear first.

Starting, working together and AI.

How we work, step by step

Starting

Fixed price or hourly?

Fixed price per stage by default. Each stage has a written scope and acceptance criteria, and changes go into the next stage with their own price. We work hourly only when the scope genuinely cannot be fixed, and agree that up front.

How do we start?

Book a 30-minute call or send a short brief. If the scope is clear, you get a written fixed quote within one or two business days. If a larger project still has an open scope, we start with a $1,500 scoping sprint that is credited against the build.

When can you start?

We confirm the start date in the written quote, once the scope is agreed. We don't promise a date before we know the work.

Working together

We already have a CTO. Can you work with them?

Yes. Our tech lead works with your CTO as an engineer, explains the architecture and trade-offs in as much detail as they want and agrees decisions with them. Your team keeps the final say over your systems.

Which time zone do you work in?

UTC+4. That overlaps with most of the UK and European working day and with the morning on the US East Coast. You book calls at a time that suits you, and progress is shared in writing every week, so work never waits for a meeting.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository, cloud accounts and third-party services are set up under your company from day one, and the intellectual property is assigned to you in the agreement.

AI

How do you use AI?

AI is part of many solutions we build: agents, document processing and search inside your systems, tested and traced like any other code. Our engineers also use AI coding tools within your data rules, and a person reviews every change.

Discuss your project

Tell us what you want to build or change and, if you know them, your budget and timeline. A few sentences are enough; you don’t need a specification.

Your project

Start with the essentials. Optional details can wait.

A few sentences are enough: what you want to change, who it is for and which systems are involved. You don't need a technical specification.

A little more context

These details are optional.

Where are you starting from? (optional)

We use these details to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to keep a record of how it started. How we handle your data.

What happens next

  1. We read your brief and reply within one business day, with questions or a time to talk.
  2. We meet for 30 minutes to understand the problem and the systems involved.
  3. You get a written scope and a fixed price before any paid work begins.
